The Liverpool Governors’ Forum was formed to represent the views of member governing bodies from Liverpool schools.

As your representative body we will:

· liaise with all bodies connected with education, both locally and nationally;

· provide a forum for discussion and mutual assistance;

· promote best practice in fulfilling statutory and other responsibilities with sensitivity;

· raise awareness of educational issues;

· provide a basis for pursuing common ideals and objectives.

Please note that all committee meetings are open to all members. The date and times of the next meetings are listed at the top of the home page (see above).

We understand that, sadly, the Black and other Racial Minorities Governors' Forum no longer exists. Consequently we have removed their section of this site, which we would be pleased to reinstate should the forum be re-established at any time.
